Just Curious, Who Actually Reports Bots?

So it's quite obvious when you see a bot in this game. On my server, there is a starting zone with 6 layers filled with bots and only bots. So this leads me to my question. Who actually reports bots when they see them?

I feel like the community is split. While bots absolutely destroy a game's economy does this game actually need them? I made a post about how smilegate and amazon could create ways to limit how many bots were in the game such as adding capcha codes. Someone stated that they actually implemented this for a region on Lost Ark and it worked extremely well...actually too well. The economy shifted and prices sky rocketed and players started complaining about the prices. Therefore, they removed the capacha codes and allowed bots back into the game to reduce prices.

So let me ask, do you feel that bots are bad or good for this game? I'm really starting to feel the majority of end-game community will say they're good for the economy and keep prices down. Which is mind-boggling for me because in any other game, bots are bad. Period. It's pretty sad when a entire's game economy is based around bots if you ask me.

at the start i used to. but then i realized its not my job to fix that problem.

[edit] there was one point where i killing the bots on the mandatory pvp island visit for hours just to pass some time. someone came and asked me to stop so they can feed their family. i killed that guy in game too.

Hi Cody, I do. I report the bots when i see them, I have even submitted screenshots I have taken as part of my report.

I feel if someone is prepared to see something they think is wrong any yet do nothing about it then they are willing to accept it as the norm and that attitude may well be part of the problem also.

That is not just when dealing with bots ingame but everywhere really, if someone see's something they think is wrong and they don't speak up about it or do anything, really they are allowing it to continue and are perpetuating the problem.
If you see something, say something.

Coming back to the "6 layers filled with bots and only bots" you saw Cody, do you have a steam screenshot you took of that happening? You could share it here or even create a report about it to the officials and let them take some positive action against those doing wrong.

I don't think your video or your report you made of bots would be a reason to ban you though.

Just out of interests sake, can you let us know what country you live in?

no 10010 ereor i used vpn Botting Behavior - Level 5 I appealed and was denied

I would think they have worked out that you are using this version of Lost Ark in a place where they do not have a licence to sell it. This version of Lost Ark also prohibits the use of VPN's.
This version of Lost Ark is not available to be played in Russia.
This is straight from the FAQ...

There are not many players who use VPN and they haven't been banned for several years. My VPN is good and paid. There is almost no online on the Russian server, and only bots and nerds. there is one donation. I've been playing the game for more than 1 month, they would like to give a ban for VPN, they would have given a different matter here a long time ago. I sold fish for 15,000 gold yesterday.

and there’s no point in playing the way I understand, and it’s impossible to do it here and there. apparently that's why online That's why normal players go to ban bots, they don't ban
