Got ban from nowhere, AGS ban system

today after play the game for 7+ months i got banned for no reason, i just played last night and was fine.. today i tryed to login and got banned, tryed to appel and it was dennied. and its the same ♥♥♥♥ show that is happening to everyone else,, botting behavior - level 5.. every single post about ban that i saw was the same thing, EDIT: if u try to appel and its dennied the 1st time u cant even try again.. how we can provide informations if we can't say nothing

Obviously I didnt bot, I was playing with my brother and was just working on an alt. He didn't get banned either even tho we played in a party the entire time.

i dont know why...i dont use other software, cheats or bots. i only play the story and get my island yesterday and now i am banned... :-( i dont know what to do...i only want to play the game :-(

I played for 1 month for 15 days and in the end I got a ban, but how did I understand this and because I used a VPN, although you didn’t use a VPN, you got a ban?

Find a better normal game where they will respect you as a player and not see you as a threat that you are a bot

Played for over 2 years, never vpn, never cheated, never got banned. There are a small percentage of people who do get mistakenly banned but if you talk to Amazon support they will fix it for you, saying anything on this forum will do nothing for you.
Majority of people who cried bans sometimes fall under this category also

#1 your account was hacked and someone played on your lost ark

#2 You used a vpn when the rule of the TOS states you cannot and will be banned for doing so.

#3 you cheated, bought gold, botted, or did something and they verified it through the system personally and found this out. So you came here crying because you want your account back. It will not work here, talk to Amazon and they will verify your account is legit and let you through, but highly doubt some of you truly are.

Thanks Kenuty, nicely explained. It's hard to explain things sometimes.

It can be explained to some people the rules with Lost Ark and VPN usage but for some reason even then they will moan and complain all while admitting they "needed" the VPN to play because they are not in a supported region and also admit to playing on the correct version in their region. The one reason that comes to mind as to why someone would do that is to enable them so perform RMT and that being a ban-able offence should not have to be explained. Anyway, enough about Soel.

I would wish the OP the best of luck appealing the ban they got but it does sound as though they already tried. I at least hope they can find solace in another game.

Not true I just recently made 3 alt account and created all gunslingers on all of them. accounts 2 and 3 I was just logging in and claiming the login bonus rewards. On account 1 I spent 33.89 CAD to push one character to north vern and used the two tickets to place another 2 in vern, plus I wanted trusted status on this account so I could feed my main with the gold I was going to farm from legion raids in the near future. I was farming chaos dungeons and guardians daily on account one. The game play was a mixture of solo and grouped with my girlfriend. She killed the guardians for me so I could collect the first time clear rewards and 100% my hones. Account 1 got banned. Level 5 ban. Never botted or cheated. Accounts 2 and 3 are untouched.

I was prepping these accounts for the upcoming power pass event. My goal was to send over my mains level 10 gems which is a gunslinger and farm the raids with those gems. My main account has over 8000 hours logged on steam. Never once rmt, cheated or botted.

I appealed the ban and they denied it. They didn't even look into it. If they did they would see I was grouped with my girlfriend a numerous amount of times.

Now all amazons games does is send me in a loop telling me to go to the appeals page which I cannot do anything further because communication with them has been disabled because they denied it for some reason. Their customer support is complete dog.

I mailed mats from my main account to account 1. 3k harmony leaps and 40-50k armor and weapon crystals.

If i was botting why would i need to send materials to that account? I could of just botted the materials if that was the case.

doubt it, if they denied it they would have probable cause to do so, i've gotten them to fix my account for situations MANY TIMES, mainly accidentally buying items or something with gold and they fixed my account literally with a gm on hand ready to fix.

You just admitted on this forum yourself that you mailed yourself gold and have multiple accounts, this right there is against TOS and if they find out they will BAN you, they already said on discord they take RMT and money laundering/trading/cheating/rmt/multiple steam accounts of any kind pretty seriously and they are enforcing bans on multiple account if found

There is your reason for your denial of unban, you do not need multiple accounts to play this game and in doing so breaks the TOS/Rules that is in the fineprint. You've been found. tracked and discovered.

If you make multiple accounts and they track you out, you will be banned. This is circumventing the weeklys they have in place, you can play in other regions sure or other servers but no bueno on multiple accounts.
They also did a video that if you were mistakenly ban you appeal and they will unban you, but if they PERSONALLY in person find ♥♥♥♥ on your account, and trace you

You can cry about it on this forum but it will not help you because you've cheated that is all. They had a video on how harsh they are taking this and review accounts personally. So its not a machine that is finding out you've done something They've hired a new group of support to ban people for cheating/rmt/botting.

Nicely stated again Kenuty, I would only add links to information from official sources to further back up the information you have already given.
With all the trolling that has gone on in this forum I find it hard to give much credence to so many posts, specially those new people who may have legitimate claims but those claims are foreshadowed by said trolling. In those instances it would be in those individuals best interests to familiarise themselves with the rules.

With regards to botting or rmt behaviour I would make people aware of some information from official links below.

Where it mentions in Section 5 that users should not "share accounts" like has been mentioned in the quote below where Ge4 implied his "girlfriend" collected the reward for him.

I didn't say my girfriend collected the rewards for me. If you actually read what I wrote I said my girlfriend carried me. As in me being there sitting at my PC and herself sitting at hers. She would kill everying and I would collect the rewards. You see the I in that sentence? Or do you want to keep spreading lies? Here is the exact quote:

There is nothing wrong or suspicious with mailing yourself gold you self farmed. Boggles my mind the interpretation of some people.

Also to correct Kenuty's false miscontrued point I didn't mail that account any gold. I mailed it materials. Now if you are referring to me mailing my main account gold then you may want to make that clear.

And this account that we are speaking about didn't mail my main or alt accounts anything.

It's actually comical that some people think you've cheated when you legitimately put all the cards on the table.

I'd also like to add that there is nothing of value on this account. I could easily just do a charge back on my card and problem solved just create a new free account.

Why would I waste my time with all this? Because I'm telling you I didn't bot or cheat that's why.
