Avele and "The sun rises again" quest issue

Hello,

I'm trying to unkock Thar reputation and so far I've done all timed quests (finishing with "Termination"). I tried to raise reputation with Avele (to friendly lvl1 right now) with no success. Loggin out loggin in did not change anything. I waited many resets and so far..nothing.
I did exactly what was shown in this video

But avele still doesn't show me that quest "The sun rises again".

Is there something more I have to unlock once I did all the quests??

I confirm: Termination complete.
Alt-N shows Thar unavailable. If I go there and interact with Thar he says that prerequisite "the sun rises again" must be completed first.

YOU WERE DAMN RIGHT!
I had that quest started on one of my alts!
How dumb I am! I didn't notice!
