Super Mokoko Express Claimed Reward not store in inventory
My character is at level 1515. I chose Super Mokoko Express for him.
I claimed rewards for levels 1460, 1475, 1490 but I didn't get anything (nothing store in Inventory). It shows that I have claimed the rewards for those 3 levels and I can't claim them again?

Well, you can contact the "game support" through Amazon, but don't get your hopes up, before the server merge, Super Mokoko Express worked on each server in the region, and you could use it to boost several characters, after the server merge it only works on one single server...

No clear warning for it, and the "game support" can't do anything about it either.

I only have a 1490 character and i had no problem with claiming the rewards, did you try restarting the game to see if that places the rewards in your inventory?

Anyway, Amazon web page, Your Account, Digital Services and Device Support, Amazon Games, Lost Ark.

That explains why I have double chests from the Express event. Thanks I guess.

I checked Mail And Universal Storage.
I correspond via email with customer support ($%&%$#&).
I think that is the problem happened because when choosing Super Mokoko Express rewards my inventory was full.
