Skill tree question

about the Right half of the tree, that gives the bonuses to each skill (unlocked at diff levels)

a lot of said bonuses say lvl 1, is there a way to lvl those up?
(is that what these wish amulet things do?)

Yes. You upgrade the skill tree skills also known as tripods for whatever reason using the wish amulets which you get from the event or from chaos dungeons. The max level is 5 but some skills stay at 1.

the tripods can be leveld up with amulets you get from chaos

also this video is old so alot is not relevant as the system changed massively, but this part is very relevant and very important to save your sanity of checking each piece

sorry i assumed wrongly you were already at tier 3

are you using the current character boosts to get your character leveled quickly or are you playing first char slow and enjoying campaign?

if you are unaware of the boosts, there is currently a one that will jump you into end game content.
