I just downloaded the game and i've got banned? Botting Behavior - Level 5

So as the title says, i just downloaded the game, and when i pressed on play it took me to the menu where this message appeared on my screen Botting Behavior - Level 5. I've opened a ticket on their website, but do you have any ideas on why this happened?

same thing just happend to my alt account been farming on it slowly for a few days now in prep for the next power pass event and I got flagged somehow. I appealed it but have no idea how long the process is. Did you get this resolved and how long did you have to wait for a response?

just logged tried to login tonight and have banned notice "Botting Behavior - Level 5" but i have never used any botting software. granted i only have been login to do some rapport quest and playtime or fever rewards for the last month or so. but no botting WTF

I hadent played in a long while, came back after getting this new pc and find that my account is banned. I am so confused.

i have the same problem, dowload the game yesterday , and today are banned dnt use bot , i just wanna play the game...

The same issue, I haven't been playing games for a month, and today I was banned from playing games. I also failed to appeal. What should I do next

got banned as well i have never used bots or any third party programs i was doing horizontal content and bam banned out of blue the WTF is going at this company i tried the appeal thing but haven't heard anything from them yet : /

Wow that's just insane even lvl 39 steam account getting banned. Where are all these AGS white knights saying level 0 account no wonder you got banned.

I bet they have nothing useful to say about this.

i just got hit with a lvl 5 botting perm ban as well when i was doin all those wooden donkey quests on azure island. i played at release for ~6 months and wanted to check it out again.

so much for that i guess.

I don't know how useful this is, but with how many bots are in the game, its obvious people are buying from them.
I would like to see x5 or x10 as many "I got banned for no reason" posts/threads as we do now because currently I just don't feel like AGS is doing a good enough job banning the RMTers.
