Constant random disconnects

Two days ago they aren't common, but today they become constant, it's always the same message: "cannot connect to the server", one disconnect happened when i selected my character on the menu screen and clicked start, the majority of times it sends me to the server menu but sometimes it exits the game, i played this game for months fine but in the last day i've got more disconnects than in the last month.

Anyone here know how to fix this?

i have the problem too when ever i try to teleport to others islands keep showing the message "cannot connect to the server" and kick me off the game over and over and i need to restart the game every time it is annoying

this seems to happen in waves in different areas most of the time, i get it now on the jump start server quite frequently now. and then poof it will just vanish for awhile and then its starts doing it again, as far as i know its a EAC problem, cause its crappy protection software, but i have yet to see anything about a fix for it, and ags and smile gate have known about the issue for about a year now and basically refused to fix it. maybe some of the other players have updated information about it, i just gave up on it lol.

you just have to wait about a month and it might randomly work again. great game though!

That usually happens with teleports aswell but it happened many times in a legion raid too, hours after this waves happened it seemed to stop though, i hope it never comes back.

I'm quite surprised about this, those random waves of disconnects ruined a prog that i was helping, its quite sad that AGS/Smilegate didn't want to get rid of this bug, now i have fear of entering any legion raid because i don't know when this disconnect waves will start happening again.

I hope those random waves of disconnect never comes back, they ruin the fun of lost ark legion raids progs.

i don't get constant disconnects but i get some disconnects here and there. Happens often if I lose a few packets, even just 1 or 2 sometimes cause a disconnect.... (i run simple ping various internet servers in dos prompt always to view simple network drop outs) this game is not very stable, most online games will just let you lag a bit instead of just booting you instantly.

And what's worse about a disconnect in this game is... if its a full out disconnect, it will close entire game and you have to wait 2+ mins to get past the anticheat loader, then another almost 1-2 minutes for the game to load, then once ur finally at the character select screen, maybe another 1 minute or more depending on where you disconnected.

Never seen such a badly optimized game when it comes to loading or handling a few dropped packets...
