I cleared gate1 but during gate2 the fking sifi is just disconnected
when I try to enter it it says Entry requirements not met. Cannot enter.
why do I have to do?

you should within 24 hours get a ticket in mail that refunds your gate entry

Did you DC during G2 and you returned and the group had kicked you

Did someone else DC and your group disbanded and you switched characters or logged off

Did you DC during G1
