Server down???

Is there maintenance going on?
After starting, I come to the text-to-speech selection screen. Nothing happens no matter what I click. After a few minutes I get the message that a connection to the servers is not possible and I can only close the game again.

server updates happen every weds and Wednesday is also the day weekly raids reset

Yes, server is always down today at 3 est on wed mornings, usually for 3-5 hours unless stated longer.

well, i would like, as a total noob, to be notified why the game is not working. I just get the message about this random ass narrating and nothing happens.
If you have maintenance tell me!
If i didn't came here to read i would just assume my client is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and i will just quit the game.

The message is literally posted in the game unless you turned off something, it even tells you "Maintenence in 3 hours etc"

also posted on their discord, the maint has always been wed for more than a year now, this is your own fault for being ignorant. You're basically just crying because you bought a pizza just to find out its made from dough.

I see the same stuff, but in english, 0 notifications.
Also i should not be required to use 3rd party tools like discord to know what is happening in the game.

Discords work off your internet browser too so you do not need to download discord as a third party program

game closed in the middle of my dungeon without even a heads on it said server closing 60seconds :D .... boom everything went dark quickly... it was around 2 hours ago so 1 - 3 hours to go i guess.... this narration message is stupid

you probably have system messages turned off or something.

i see a blue message very clearly in the chat that warns about the maintenance.
