Pinnacle Glavier Raid Captain Question

I just made a pinnacle glaivier about three weeks ago and the community guide from lost ark nexus recommends having raid captain as one of your five engravings. But at the same time it recommends we go spec/crit with crit only on necklace and bracelet. So with the pinnacle engraving at level three we would just get 15% movement speed bonus(MSB) and with yearning level 2 that would make it 25%. My question is what is the amount of movement speed bonus you would need to make raid captain efficient? Or at least as good as Cursed Doll.

If my math is right you would need around 36% movement speed bonus(MSB) to get the 16% dmg increase. There's another option that I'm using now which is the spec/swift build with swift only on the necklace, spec/crit on bracelet and take Adrenaline 3 instead of Cursed Doll. But with this I have 8% MSB without any engraving/buff so with the engraving I'd have 23% and with yearning lvl 2 I'd have 33%. Wouldn't Cursed Doll be better overall at this point? (My theoretical 5 engravings: Pinnacle, Grudge, Ambush Master, Adrenaline, and Cursed Doll instead of Raid Captain)

Is it because if u run spec/crit, u kinda dont need adrenaline3? so u would take both cursed doll and raid captain which i think, is better than cursed doll/raid captain with adrenaline3 (lower ceiling). However, ass sniffing is sorta troublesome, so having some extra as/ms as well as cd reduction is good too. Thus i would still recommend spec/swift neck with raid captain and adrenaline3.
