dc during raid

Hello i just got dc during raid (the end of it). My team finish boss and i got no rewards and i cant go again to finish it. Any way to fix it?

You will be mailed a ticket to reset your entry it, usually takes 24 hours / daily reset
If you got credit for killing it but you didnt get to buy the box, you can buy the box from the legion raid, Alt+Q, click legion raid, then click the legion raid you did and to the top left there will be a chest you can click on and buy

I talk with support. They have got a system, it give you reentry ticket od you got DC because od servers issues. If you just got random DC you will got nothing, no rewards no chance to go again, and u cant event go to next gate 😁 you will be getekeeped for whole week. Small indie company Amazonia. How to Play in this game. I know why La lost so mamy players now.

your gonna get a mail reset ticket just wait, it can take anywhere from less than 1hour to next day reset.

no matter the DC it will come, i gotten DC normally and even DC due to loss of electricity or just DC because Ram overusage always get a ticket or even complete removal of Game via Alt + F4 the ticket still comes.

Hm ok i will wait and write here about it. But it is already 10h after DC and still no ticket, and after talk with support guy i have no hopes. I will look after back from work. My team finish boss because i just DC 10 bars before end. This system should work better in 2023....

And i have no reentry ticket. Lost whole week just because Simple 5 sec DC. F**k u amazonia for IT.
