continue the story
I finished the entire world quest in Rowen and I don't know what to do now. No new quest has appeared other than choosing a faction. Do I have to wait for new content for the game to continue the story?

yeah you'll have to wait for new content, there's no more story for now after Rowen.

-For story related content? Not really sure, but the new endgame raid comes out in 3 weeks I think.

Elgacia is next and requires you to do South Vern first. Rowen is optional and can be skipped.
Brelshaza Hard is the next new raid. But Elgacia and the new Kayangel (1475) raid should be coming shortly after that.
