Worth it to start again?
Hi,
I played like 70-80h Lost Ark last year close to release but stopped because of the rlly slow progression back then. I heard it got improved to level up from t1-3. Is it worth it to try out the game 1 year and 2 months after launch?

Took a break 2 months in but came back for Machinist and artist release and seeing the QoL updates they've done so have been enjoying it ever since ^^
The events have also really helped getting back into the game as well.

you can give it a shot, you're not losing anything and you'll be able to get a power pass etc for free, so try it out and see if you'll like it or not, also it depends on if you don't mind the RNG systems and all of that luck dependent when it comes to endgame honing whatsoever.

No, still not QOL updates for the west after 1 year. Grind-fest and Toxic in-game community cesspool

thats way more than what most of the trolls living here have played tbh
So yeah idk try it out again and if you don't like it no ones forcing ya to play ^^
People like playing it and some don't. and yeah the progression has gotten easier with the new story event.

I am so lucky man that I am not one of those "trolls" jango is talking about in EVERY thread here. ;)
Thank god I have more than 100 hours in this really inspiring game that has big issues every month.

Stoopz has a new video on how new players can move up quickly. You may want to check it out. If your biggest reason for quitting was that you could not get to T3 fast enough for your interest, you may want to specifically ask how to move up quickly rather than the generic "is the game good now?", which does not get you much except the generic yes/no answers.

Unfortunately, I like going slow so I cannot give you any advice on how to progress quickly so I apologize for that matter.

No. There are dozens of reasons not to play but the best one is the game is an obvious sinking ship. The forums were shut down today due to the game losing momentum, generating less profit and having an unhappy community.

Consider that many servers were created when the game peaked at 1.3 million players. There is no ability to server transfer or merge servers despite a year of effort. This means as the player base dwindles they will still be paying to run 42 servers. Thus the game will cease to be profitable and shut down much sooner than it should, and it can happen any time with only a couple weeks notice.

Invest your time in some other MMO with a future.

Steam forums would never tell you yes, only people who quit come here to comment.

Ah, of course! Steam forums are the exclusive domain of those who've hung up their virtual hats and bid farewell to their gaming adventures. It's a well-known fact that only the most seasoned quitters gather here to share their profound wisdom. We are truly fortunate to be in the presence of such esteemed company!

If only people who stopped playing the game come to the forum, maybe it is the game, not the forum!?
