punika pass // tixion event pass

I got a punika pass, but it said it was going to expire on 6/13. so i right-clicked, "used" the pass.

now on my server select screen it says event notice: trixion event pass no time limit

does that mean that i now don't have a time limit on using that punika pass? it was just a time limit of right-clicking, used?

i suppose i could also make a character and activate the pass and just come back when im ready. I actiavted one of my vern passes and started a character that i haven't touched in 2 months now.

i dont want to miss out on the chance to use this punika pass in the future, but don't have the time to use it before 6/13. anyone got info on this?

use it right now.

the one that say trixion event pass no time limit its a north venn pass. which you get 2 for free.

hmm, ok. Can i create a character, enable the punika ppass on that character, and then leave that character alone for a few months?

I only just finished story express with my very first character, and I read that i should use my first character to clear all yellow quests, roster quests, and stuff FIRST because using the powerpass(es) will auto-complete a bunch of roster side quests if I actually move those characters.

No. It will expire in June like it originally said.

This just serves a point to teach you how you can't even trust the info the game directly tells you. Only the Vern powerpasses don't actually expire. How after several years all the other powerpasses still don't correctly display the expire time, it's weird and crazy. Would be a trivial thing to fix. They just don't do it.

Very correct. That will use the powerpass, and that char will then just wait there. You only need to select name, appearance and "main class", without even choosing advanced class.

This mostly applies to roster quests. The side quests open on your first character, will remain open. I think yellow quests are all side quests, roster quests should be purple. Not 100% sure here.

I suspect automatic completion will happen instantly when you apply a powerpass, so you couldn't avoid it really. And particularly for new player punika powerpass is such a good thing, it's not really recommended to not use them.

There's bunch of rewards you may miss out, but I don't think long term they are that much. Primary thing would be card packs particular if there's any legendary selection packs. Engraving books you can get easily enough from event/s and current hyper express , in nearly full need.(these are all of course purple and below, although now we get few legendaries too. But no legendary engravings on side or roster quests)

It's one of those thing that pass itself registered in game and in codes as no expiration date - but the expiration you see for 6/13 is added later on from Amazon to make people use it.

Edit: the previous punika pass I got from summoner I end up using sonner than i have to originally wanted save it for artist per se and it shows no expiration date in server list, char selection menu but there was annoucement made later date says use it before artist release before x date (but even after that annoucement made and the pass will still shows as no expiration date)
