Skill transfer tree bugged??
Ive failed my 25% skill transfer for over 30 times and counting.
used 5 powder of sage to make it 50% and guess what? none of them passed.

wtf?

Random is random. I mean i've had 3 level 5's go in a row and several 50%'ers fail.

a couple fails and passes i wont bat an eye. but its been over 20 times for me trying to pass a single 25%!! this is extremely rigged and suspicious AF
