is it worth to farm and sell great honor leapstone ?

Depending on the server generally it will be worth it. Esp when the Artist comes out this week. Generally all of the guardians tradable leapstones have been a decent source of daily gold. Like on some servers, Ice Turtle gives roughly 250-300g per kill so 500-600 daily gold per character.

If you dont use them and level instead with mostly bound mats, then I would sell them during the high times.

farm them and save till artist release and prices should go up, i wouldn't sell them before that.
