Losing Powerpass?

I lost my powerpass somehow. I did the quest and I don't remember what I did with it. It's not in my inventory. I stopped playing last year in April and recently started playing again. I know I didn't use it b/c I have one character. Daa'aam that sucks. I just reached T3 on my paladin and was planning to powerpass a sorceress. I think I'll start over from scratch with a sorceress.

Maybe you used the item? It should go to your account when you use it. I don't remember if it had a expiration date on it.
I'm assuming we are talking about the power pass that you get with the founders packs? Thats the only power pass I remember being in item form.

Try this.
Select your character and click the yellow "Powerpass" button.
You should see a list of zones with a crystal price under them. Select "Punika Pass" and see if the "Use Powerpass" button at the bottom becomes available (Not gray).

It looks like it wants you to buy it but if you have one available you should be able to just click "Use Powerpass" and cost you nothing. I think

You also get a free power pass when you reach Punika from what I remember.

Sorry its been a long time since I had to do this.
Also the game gives out so many free power passes. I have a feeling we will be getting a new one soon.

I did some digging and found out that my powerpass was deleted due to an update. Changes were made and the powerpass was given an expiration date eventhough the item had no limit in-game. The powerpass I'm referring to is from the Ealyn's Gift quest.
