Random Disconnects Constantly - Annoying Issue

I running into random disconnections from the server. When this happen the game bring me to the server screen or in a worst scenario it close the entire game. Just to boot up the game again takes 3-6min, and I'm using SSD...

This disconnections are happening constant now. It's really annoying. I never had a disconnection when doing the "limited daily activities" (DG, BR, CD, raid...) luckily for me and other players in my team but randomly now I got disconnected from the server and this have no pattern.... I can be afk, travelling from one city to another, opening inventory.... this disconnects happen randomly...

We have so many game limitations (market, daily tasks, energy....) and now this are happening...

I wonder if this issues is just happening with me... I have 1 GB internet, no package loss, ping 12-16ms constant... this is the only game I had disconnections issues so far...

Having the same issues, primarily on my main and secondary character . I get stuck in launch screens, until the game crashes and closes entirely. But I play my 2 minor characters and have no issues. My main is currently stuck in Borea's Domain launch screen. I have a rapport quest with Thirain there, and it simply will not launch. The character has been unusable for 3 days now. My secondary character just crashes randomly.

The issues began for me the 18th, when they launched the Witcher event. When I went to the island with my main was the first time I experienced it. It took me forever to get the character off the island because I couldn't stay logged on long enough to get off the island until one time I had enough time to Bifrost off. I never took another character there, figuring the island itself was buggy. Not sure why I am having issues with my secondary character, as it was never taken to the island. My other two characters have yet to crash when played. Really frustrated.....

My main is also my guild leader, so i cannot set new research or weekly task,. I didn't think of that yesterday. Ugh!!!

I am on the Avesta server N. America.

I can't access any server anywhere in the world: when you open the home page of the game, the only server that can be opened is that of South America, but then if you type it, the game closes

Well, I've tested in 2 computers. One is a desktop with a RTX 2080 and another one is a brand new notebook with a RTX 3060. Both of them use windows 10 and all drivers is updated, including the SO.

So, one computer has more than one year of use and another is a brand new computer with a brand new installation of lost ark. I didn't copy and paste the game files from the other computer to the new one. I've download all over again. And I formatted as well the notebook as I always do for new stuff (don't trust in the default apps that comes with this computers...).

I'm using a cable to connect to internet not wi-fi. As I said the internet has no package loss and is 1GB of speed.

So, it's not related to the system or ISP provider and I'm seeing outside of steam people talking about this disconnections problems as well.

Some of them said to disable IPV6. I've disabled in my network card nothing changed. I keep getting disconnected from the servers.

whats happening here is eac issues with certain isp's. this has been happening since last july. kinda tells you where the devs and amazon stand on the issue. they are either too lazy to fix the issue or just don't care.

Update Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 5. Update DirectX. 6. Update GPU Drivers. 7. Disable Overlay Apps 8. Install All Pending Windows Updates 9. Disable Antivirus and Firewall Program 10. Launch the Game in Windowed Mode (Steam) 11. Perform a Clean Boot 12. Close Background Processes 13. Reset Lost ARK.
I also recommend you to use Lagofast, which enables you to change server and run a ping test. Anyway. u can try it for free.

Not sure if you are replying in the right topic on steam... This topic here is about "disconnect issues from the server". It's not related to game not launching.

I was directed to the Lost Ark forum, since my character was stuck in a loading screen. A moderator for the group was able to move my character back to Prideholme, but I was also asked to verify the integrity of the games files. I had 19 bad files. Not sure if that will help in your situations, or you already tried. It is worth trying, if you haven't already. Link is to instructions on how to verify the integrity of the game files. I've done the integrity check on this weekend. All files was fine for both computers. Not a single bad file.

I've reinstalled the anti-cheat of lost ark too but after all that I'm still experiencing disconnect issues.

ive done the same and its not steam related, its AGS and SG related, so it will never get fixed
