2 Crew Members bought at Stronghold NPC are nowhere to be found.

I had bought 2 Crew Members in my Stronghold from 1 of the traveling NPCs and they are nowhere to be found.
I had clicked the 2 Applications in my inventory after the purchase but then couldn't find either Crew member anywhere.
My Manage Crew window does NOT contain them even when none of my ships are out on quest.

Where do I get help with this issue please?
They were both from the same Stronghold NPC. I have a screenshot of the 2 Crew Applications names from the chat box when i bought them. Here is the screenshot though I'm not sure if the link will work here, if not then I listed the Crew names below it.

I'm trying to catch that same NPC again so I can screenshot the NPC window showing the fact that I had already bought them. Unfortunately I do not recall the NPC name.

To the best of my recollection it happened between the 6th and 8th of Dec and both Crew were for the White Wind ship.

I've never had an issue to report yet so I've been trying to figure out where they disappeared to and then have been trying to figure out where/how to submit some sort of Ticket or something about the issue since I can't find them so it can get fixed but I haven't found anything but Forums, so here I am hoping this will help xD

My first thought was to mention that stronghold crew and "open world" crew are different but given how well you wrote your post I do think you would already understand that.
Another thing that came to mind was that possibly you do not own or have not build the White Wind yet and maybe that exclusive crew do not show up till the ship is available.

As far as the White Wind ship goes, I do own it and it is currently lvl5.

Another question that may sound silly ... but ...
Have you researched the White Wind in the stronghold lab ?

"researched" as in what? ... sent it out on quests? ... that i have, and do, it is why i bought the 2 Crew for it since it was lacking Crew

That's okay.

You have confirmed that you do have the White Wind in your stronghold by knowing you have sent it out on missions before.
When we get new ships in the "open world" they become available to be researched / built in the stronghold lab. You can set a drop down in the lab to show unavailable research and scroll to ships to see what's not built yet and hover over them to see the prerequisites.

It does sound like you have encountered some sort of "bug" then. I do hope you get some good results from the ticket then and it can get fixed for you.

I was thinking about what you had said and ended up re-reading what you wrote and you in fact pinpointed my issue with the very 1st thing you had said xD ... i did NOT in fact know that "stronghold crew and 'open world' crew are different".

I went out on the ship in open sea and saw that the 2 Crew i thought were missing were actually in that Crew inventory lol.

I'm still learning how things work in this game. I was expecting the 2 new Crew to go to my Stronghold Crew inventory, that's why I couldn't find them. They will still be useful to me but now I know to watch for whatever the difference in wording is on the Application descriptions of the Crew being sold.

Great work. Happy you could find out where the problem was.
It's easy to miss something like that and is one of those things that will probably just stick now.

I am working on one of the ships through the Una's tasks and just worked out there is two Una's reputation quest lines I need to finish.
All good fun
