Can't stop the game

Today I logged out of the game and is stuck on "Running". I tried to restart steam, I tried to stop it from running, I tried to restart my PC and nothing worked. It's just stuck on "Running", even if I am not actually running it. What to do?

go to local files of lost ark - binaries - win64 - easyanticheat -EAC setup - repair services - go to local files of lost ark and choose launch game with the EAC symbol. game is fixed

try delete appchache on steam and try again, if you messing around with EAC, and get error, after EAC failed to repair itself try reboot and back to EAC and repair it again this time the EAC will said INSTAL EAC

Hi PHEONIX, thanks for mentioning the error code you have.
Doing a little research on that code "error message 32" it looks like an EAC error ...

'Error 3005: Create File Failed with 32' error is displayed when a user tries to launch a game that is protected by Easy Anti-Cheat and it occurs because the application fails to create a file in the folder where Easy Anti-Cheat is installed. It might also indicate a corruption of the software.

For your issue I would suggest repairing Lost Ark through Steam and also repairing EAC through the method Warsome mentioned.

Hello, if yu got the issue try to forced stop and wait ... :/
It happen to me on barely all Steam games ( like Apex ) so i guess its the steam servers or smth like that idk ^^

I have the same issue, i've reinstalled, repaired files, checked files and it's still broken.

That's useless. Someone already suggested something about this in another post. I think the problem is with Steam. Hopefully this will work again on Tuesday during Steam server maintenance
