Metus island bug

Hello all,

has anyone experienced the bug(s) on this island lately? I mean the one, that key to open the door just didn't appear and I cannot progress.

It seems, that it is present for a while, but according to the forums, it is not addressed by anyone from lost ark team. Is there any way how to report this issue without an amazon account?

+1 i encountered this as well recently.

Gave this Quest a try, and stuck at the start without able to loot a key. Cannot go back, cannot play song of escape - I am stucked.

I logged to another character and back - was in front of the dungeon again. Will give it a second try.

Still the some bugged fun ...
