the only skill points i have not acquired is from adventure tome, npc rapport suck.

As others have touched on, skill point potions are something that can more productively be worked for than leveling up.
It took me about 80 hours to level 1-50 working only the main quest line and absolutely 0 side quests and no skipping cut scenes. I am about to start a new toon doing the same main quest line but this time I will skip cut scenes and do side quests as they pop up.
I haven't done boss rush and cube so much so far. trying to hit 1370 first and get some decent gems and stuff before I inflict my noob arse into groups, and I hear not to do cubes solo, so yeah.
