Why is the price of royal crystal in Lost ARK store is $500 for 1000 pcs crystal rather than $9 in Western Europe?

Imagine a 3 day ban to keep people spending legit. Weather its over priced or not thats a whales choice. Got to 1470 over 2 weeks ago. Its doable without breaking the game or spending, just need to waste your life so whats the problem with either?(spending alot or wasting your life) Its pay to progress i thought, not win. Not to mention the free mats from the bots people were using farming chaos for months.

Personally don't see the problem other then the ban punishment.

I'd like to know in what sector of AGS Shinohon works in order to get this data he gets out of his ass all the time and grinding more hours in this game outside the game than others in-game (from what I know). not using VPN, - tried restarting and even changing my billing address. - still the same. the worst is 30 Days Crystalline cost $1,500 , it's in dollars. wish i can post my screenshot here.
