To those who say pvp is dead

Do you pve players fill your recent players list within hours of playing every day?

Kind of a genuine question but I have a hard time believing they do if it works how I think. Being that everyone on that list is unique and you literally have to be in a party/raid etc...

Nobody cares about PvP. This is mainly a PvE title with a pvp option for everyone who cried about diablo 3 not getting the promised arena.

i don't even know what that means...

i did pvp for like 3 times and every time i was just stunlocked or unable to move and then i just died. just stood there looking at the enemy nuking my ass to narnia and wondering when is my turn? it was always those 2 classes that did the thing.

imbalanced mess i'd say. wouldn't be surprising if it was dead.

i may be washed up WoW andy but i did get rank 13 back in the day.
it was fun.. i don't remember ever being eternally stunned by a single player tho.

This is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hilarious. Every WoW gladiator i know washed out lost ark in silver bracket because they didn't understand frame data and just got bodied to death sounds like you're in that boat.

Your WoW pvp skills aren't transferrable here, it's more akin to a top-down fighting game.

Plus WoW is all premade groups. here your MMR is your individual skill, you can't just stack your team with homies you've been playing with for 9+ years and think you're skilled

what i meant that its just a grind. you don't need actual skill to climb.

pretty sure gladiators came in tbc and not vanilla. the old honor system got removed in the pre-patch. i never did arenas myself, just wsg, ab and av.

pvp in lost ark is just boring. certain classes just dominate other classes by default.
its like i see a sorc and i already know i've lost and stunned to fkin narnia.
you just know a certain class and they all do the same ♥♥♥♥ moves that get you screwed and theres nothing you can do to stop them. theres no pvp trinket or free action potion,
you get stunned and you stay stunned until you're dead, thats ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ design.

it wasn't that much of premades back in vanilla tbh. in today's WoW for sure it is.

The only reason to pvp in this game is to reach supreme to get more mats. If it wasn't for that I wouldn't pvp at all.

i do it as "mandatory" since it gives a ton of materials and I'm "close" to Extreme which is a new mount :)

As far as dead I get queue in less than 30s-minute into a match. I don't think it is "dead" just not many take it seriously enough.... I have to tell players to use their awakening, especially on Fever Time because it only costs them 250s and it can change the outcome to a win.

Same i do it only for mats, supreme 9 rank gives tons of mats every week so it's kinda must if you want to upgrade your gear faster.

I will never PvP in Lost Ark because MMO PvP in itself is garbage.

You want to kill other players online then go play a shooter.

Oh that's right, you can't because you don't have any cheats to use in other games.

rank 13 in the old pvp wow system? That means less than nothing lol. Also complaining about Lost Ark CC, and thinking it's not as bad in WoW? PVP in WoW revolves entirely on hard CC chains, you just never got to the level where the other team could string together 15 second chains.

Everybody is missing the point. I play with more individual players each day in mere hours than PvE players do in days. That shows there are clearly a LOT of people who play PvP

Actually no you are wrong. There is not a bot OR cheating problem in PvP. Like straight up no. What you said is a lie. I play hours every day and have seen 3 bots since launch and never fought somebody who seemed good enough to question cheating.
