Got BANNED for no reason, please help.

I hadn't logged into steam for a while and when I got back I found this ban on lost ark, totally random.
I know everyone that got banned says the same thing, guilty or not. I'm not asking anyone to believe me on my word. But I'd like to know what to do because I have had a steam account for almost 20 years and I'm not gonna let it be compromised for a mistake like this.

I appealed to the ban and they said they confirmed it, claiming that they take BOTBASH seriously and if I wanted to appeal I had to provide further evidence. I have no idea what botbash is or even means so I don't even know what kind of evidence I should provide.

Moreover, steam says "last ban 84 days ago" and my last launch of the game is March, 9th!

I understand the cheating issue is a big issue, and sometimes autobans algorythm may make mistakes, what I don't undestand and don't accept is that they take such a definitive and severe measure like a permaban and customer service treats you like there is no doubt.

They ask for evidence, in my opinion, if you take such a measure, you should be the one providing evidence, not the other way around.

I'm really surprised there isn't any anti-bot Protestors to force the devs to take the step to eleminate every bot and stop these account bans.

You were absolutely banned for a reason, You might disagree with the reason, but one was given. So saying otherwise makes your story unbelievable. Since you are willing to lie and make that claim of 'banned with no reason', what other things are you willing to openly lie about? At this point I would find anything you said hard to believe without supporting evidence.

The ban system might actually be trash, however, that doesn't change any of the truthfulness of anything I said. Since you seem incapable of realizing that, our brief time together is now over, you are dismissed.
