Macro Text and Ability on the same button?

Is there any way to get this to work without having to make a macro to activate the macro. Every time i go to put the macro on a ability ingame it replaces the ability

Gonna need a keyboard or mouse function to do that using some gaming peripheral that lets you customize button functions like macros.

You can add macro text to a specific ability with the keybind settings. You make a macro and assign it to an ability. I currently have my specialty spells on my bard, z and x, cast an emote accordingly when used.
If you need a guide on how to setup the macros in Lost Ark, you can find some on Youtube. They were pretty helpful for me when I needed to set them up.
