Lost Arc Wont Start

I dont know what is going on, launch the game and the anti cheat software starts but then the game itself will not launch. i have tried running it as administrator and all that but the game still wont launch.... Help!!!!!

@those who use AMD cards type in "PhysxUpdaterLoader64.dll" in your search bar and open file location. even if you dont have nvidia, it will still show up. Personally I deleted everything that started with "PhysXUpdater or loader" It finally started working for me after i deleted all of it.

Got home from work, took a shower, got settled, munched on some food, watched some American Dad. Decided I wanted to play some Lost Ark, hopped on my PC, got on Steam, clicked Start, the Anti-Cheat comes up, then after a short time....nothing. Straight up nothing.

So yea, I'm suffering the same thing here too.

And no, it's definitely not my PC (have an AMD Vega 64 GPU, and an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core 3.2Ghz Processor, and 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, with a 2 TB Sabrent M.2 SSD, on a...you know what, why am I even bothering listing everything my PC has?). It plays games without issues, end of story, so what's going on Devs!? Why is Lost Ark not working for many of us!?

EDIT: Oh and yes, I verified integrity of game files, thinking that would solve the issue. It didn't (neither did rebooting my PC, or anything else I tried).

After posting my rant about the game not starting, I saw your post. Looked up the NVIDIA folder that the error kept talking about. Deleted the whole folder since I don't have NVIDIA in my PC, started game up, and I can vouch that this legit worked. Ty very much.

And NO THANK YOU DEVS FOR MESSING THIS UP! Like WTH!?

Just FYI I had to remove Nvidia folder from both programfilesx86 and programfiles for the game to work again.

thanx guys, at least I know it's not my problem. for me it started suddenly last night when I restarted the client to change server.

solved. deleting physx files. Go in C: and type in search Physx. Thanx everyone

NVIDIA card user here but deleting "PhysxUpdaterLoader64.dll" worked for me too. Game wouldn't start before deleting it.

Deleting "PhysxUpdaterLoader64.dll" worked for me . thanks for the help. The anti-cheat-software declared that file as suspicious.

Programmx86 -> NVIDIA Corporation -> PhysX -> Common
and delete PhysxUpdaterLoader64.dll , work for me i use Radeon RX Vega card
