First check if the server is up: www.playlostark.com/en-gb/support/server-status
when I encountered this problem and the server was up, quit out and restart the game. It usually worked. Maybe wait a minute after you can start the game before starting the game. That usually worked out. At least one time I had to do this twice (restarting the computer was not necessary).
from another thread they recommended disabling antivirus or maybe just the firewall, no idea if that actually works
i did every thing u said but it didnt work
i checked server i restart the game even i uninstall the game and then install it again but it was the same
i have been trying for two days to enter the game buy the server location just locked on south america and dosnt change to center europe
Sorry it didn't work. You could try to contact amazon support sometime.
I'm not on a VPN, I've tried a direct connection with the modem to bypass the router, and I've tried two different PCs. Verified integrity, repaired EAC. I even tried various DNS servers.
Nothing has worked.
When I search for this problem, I see a lot of threads and posts about it, but no solutions.
