Dll missing
After update, game says libvorbisfile.dll is missing, but it's not, it's actually there in the folder.

I have the same problem, windows 7. The dll file is right there by LOSTARK.exe but the game refuses to start. Deleting the file and verifying the integrity does nothing. Redownloading the game right now as my last resort.

I will wait until the maintenance is over, hoping a quick hotfix comes when the servers are back up, my internet is slow so redownloading this would be such a hassle.

Anyway, good luck, and please tell me here if redownloading the game worked, i'm also on win 7

Also redownloading the game. Done restarts, downloaded .dll and replaced the existing one. Verified integrity, nothing. Hopefully the redownload fixes the issue.

Gotta keep eyes opened with reddit or other forums to see if people come up with a fix for win 7 users then, thx for the info

Since you have the file in your installation you could try to register it:

1. Press Win+R to open Run
2. Type the reg DLL command: regsvr32 “[the path of the DLL file]”
Just as example:
regsvr32 "C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Lost Ark\Binaries\Win64\libvorbisfile_64.dll"

Does that solve the issue?

The .dll does not implement the required functions so the command does not work.

And installing the standalone codec itself neither?
It is also included in several of the popular codec packs.
