Is it me but I do not seem to be able to complete the quest? I speak to Chromo but am unable to complete the ranch.

You have to have reached Stronghold LvL 15 and enabled the cave and farm, if you've already done this try abandoning and re-starting the quest? Starts with the woman standing in front of the mansion.

Done all that but when I finish with Chromo he says read this. There is nothing to read?

Spam G for 2min and then research for slots and incubate for 8 hour rotations. Legendary pets in a few weeks I guess.
