My account got hack and i get ban in this game.

Hello, my account got hack and I don't know how it got hacked and my account got ban in this game.

I don't even know this game and I'm from Philippines and this game is not available there.

I don't have any VPN and I didn't try one because I don't have such money to pay monthly in VPN and I don't know if steam allowed player to used VPN.

Is there any way I can appeal the ban?

I already emailed the support team and I still didn't got a reply.

all you can do is appealing to the ban and removing the game from your library which you already seem to have done and hope it doesnt happen again when youre not even playing it, has happened to other people already

the anticheat is trash and their company dont give a flying fudge about falsely banning legit players in their gambling machine mobile phone game "mmo"

contact steam support as well, there shouldnt be a game ban mark on a player who never even played the game in the first place

I dont even play this game anymore haven't for weeks but I stay on the forums because I love reading all the posts about people crying they got banned for no reason.

this is how it would work if people got banned for buying gold

any trade that the goldseller put up and people either made a legitimate trade or not would get banned, basically you could start your own banwave by firstly selling gold illegitimately, then start making cheap trades legit with as many people as possible to get them all banned.

if you could prove that the trades or ingame currency becomes earmarked once a player is flagged for suspicious behaviour, you could sue the company into bankruptcy with ease if there was such loophole into banning other players who played it legitimately by simply trading.

contact steam support and address the issue after opening a ticket about ban appeal, mass reporting people into game bans is an ongoing issue in the game and people should just stop playing it.

You brought gold got hacked then the admin or w.e reviewed account saw you brought gold then you got banned.

There are hackers lurking around hacking other peoples Steam accounts to use them to make money with. They buy/sell something illegal in game, they achieve money from it via 3rd parties illegal websites from where the rmt's pro players buy gold & items. Hackers get the money via those websites while the delivery/illegal stuffs happens with other peoples hacked accounts. You account security is your own responsability. Use 2FA with a phone number + Steam app & don't click everything you see on internet next time.
