Abyssal Raids and disconnection problems...

So I saw someone today complaining about disconnecting in Argos, only to come back and find that his entry is counted, now I'm not sure if anyone connected to Amazon or Smilegate is going to read this but, please, make it so that the entry is only counted when you take the rewards and not when you disconnect abruptly, waiting an entire week for like the current main materials and gold income, is ridiculous enough, missing it due to a problem caused by the servers and not getting compensated for, is absolutely gamebreaking, so please, either give us back an entry reset ticket like we get for abyssal dungeons, or make the entry counted upon receiving the abyssal raid rewards..

You're better off posting this on the lost ark forums themselves

That being said, others have posted similar things in the past and have opened up tickets to be told 'tough luck, too bad so sad wait till next week'

its a horrible outcome and like you said, could be easily changed to be loot based not entry based

It count because they don't want people rage quitting and ruining the experience for other people so the good have to suffer for the bad!

I mean that still happens, if some party members vote to cancel the run, it gets canceled and you don't lose the entry, but losing the entry for disconnecting due to a problem caused by the servers themselves.. that's just bs...

I wonder if there's a way to actually talk to them and ask them to change that weird system, it doesn't make any sense to me, they already have it on abyssal dungeons, I got dced many times in abyssal dungeons, and when I connected back, I got a reset ticket in the mail, why wouldn't they just apply the same to abyssal raids?

That's different everyone is voting on to leave no one is rage quitting! I can see where you are coming from you should be able to reconnect but in the Abyss Dungeons you need the whole entire party to be able to do Pacific mechanics if a single person is dead or not in the game then everyone dies!

I guess you didn't see Argos P3 yet, if a single party member dies, or missing, all are F'ed up x)

I've disconnected times from AD's and when I log back in, I'm still in the instance.
If its counting, that means they killed the final boss and I believe if you check your inventory, the items could already be in your inventory. Granted you LOSE the bonus chest.
