Specific Stronghold merchants
Is there a way to get a specific one to spawn? I just want my blue wealth rune but i only get the same 2 merchants spawning and even spam teleporting to randoms ones dont get me the one i need

You have to farm for those via long rep grinds, long questlines, etc etc. Basically "you need a guide for that"

some merchants are locked behind rep quest, some are locked behind adventure tomb.
