Please, remove TRUSTED STATUS issue from real player accounts!

Hello, I waiting for this game from KR to RUS version until now NA/EU version.

I love this game, I really do, that is why I spent almost 300 hours (1k+ item level, 3 toons) playing this game in less than 30 days.
I don't buy gold from gold sellers, I don't sell my gold.

But I do have a plan to buy aura every 30 days in the future after my toons get what it needs first.

But, I am really disappointed, after the 23rd March updates, because of the "bots prevention system" that disables sending mail to ALTs or to my friends, or trade with my friends. I cannot help my friends anymore.

Please, if you (developers) really want botters and gold sellers went go 100%, that is impossible because EVERY GAME has bots and has its own microtransactions on it, that's a fact, that is the reality, face it and deal with it with your best solutions, not like this!

So, bot preventions you made, are impacted to REAL PLAYER ACCOUNTS as well, like me and my friends.
We (me, my brothers, and my friends in real life) cannot help each other because of this issue, if someone needed some materials or things, we can't share them with each other again because of this stupid system "TRUSTED STATUS" that affected real players.

WE WANT THE "TRUSTED STATUS" ISSUE TO GET FIXED ASAP! #sharingiscarring

Please Amazon fix this issue, I know your jobs and time is limited, but please do us a favor, I still want to play this game for at least 3 more years... please fix this "trusted status" issue that affected real player accounts.

I have in good standing status with Steam, now I want to be in good standing with you too.

I do have the requirements you need, I have a balance on my Steam account equal to 5$ and I do have accessibility to Steam Market (community market), and I do have friends in Dota 2 and some skins that I bought a long time ago.
My Steam account is more than 2 years old.

Did I miss something to be in good standing with you, so I can have a "TRUSTED STATUS" in Lost Ark..???

I can provide screenshots to prove I'm in good standing with Steam, (if Steam is the problem but apparently it is not, because they just messaged me, I am in good standing with them, and this issue needs LOST ARK support team should handle).

Please LOST ARK developers from AMAZON / SMILEGATE / TRIPOD, please please please fix this issue as soon as you can.

(spare account and being used because I have max 12 out of the 14 current classes on my main Steam account). And i've spent money on that account. In fact, I have support messages FROM STEAM telling me there is no issue. Yet AGS/SMG says i'm not trusted there.

There is, in fact, and issue with ACTUAL PEOPLE not being able to access parts of the game/features. Has zero to do with "Get a job" or actually spending money. And newsflash. This little ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ "Trusted" thing isn't impeding ANY bots. Matter of fact, they are stilll sending mail, still whispering. STill posting in LFG for Abyss. IT's done literally nothing to stop them. It's only harmed actual players.

Dude. I've contacted Steam. They claim they have no idea what this "Trusted" status is, btu that my account checks out and is clear for using community activity. I've contacted Amazon. Guess what? They can't do a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ THING for you in game. I'm not even kdding. They are our CONTACT for ANY in game issue. You can't contact Smilegate. And they will straight up tell you, if you contact them RIGHT NOW and flat out ask them, that they cannot for any reason help you with any in game problem. And all they will tell you is they will pass it along to Smilegate. That's it. Period.

Yes, because peopel couldn't have possibly gone through all options AFTER the patch that was how long ago now?

Your sarcasm aside, if you wanna hug the Devs/Amazons nuts. Then take them out to dinner first. But it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ requirement that in the end helps nobody. And Amazon having no way of actually giving SUPPORT to a game they published is complete ♥♥♥♥.

TBH, I was quite bored with Dota2 past 2 months, so when LOST ARK came out I just HOP IN and PLAY LIKE CRAZY with my brothers and friends..

If that were true then gold prices wouldn't be 3 times as much as they were a month ago. The entire market crashed and banning bots was a big reason. Are you blind?
