PvP islands, do they use book of coordination?
Do pvp islands use book of coordination? or am i going to have to buy a 3rd talent tree slot.

If you want to use your pvp build on islands you need a 3rd slot!

Unfortunately they do not. They aren't normalized either. Regular PvP islands are relatively safe but PvP Adventure Islands I would advise against doing them until you're high enough gear level.
