Is Sage Powder worth it for LVL 2 tripod?

when you are at the skill tree npc click on the inventory box next to the Transfer box
this lets you permanently keep a items skills tree and lets you put them on new armor as many time as you want free and 100% chance and it don't destroy the item

Correct me if I'm wrong the lvl 1 is 100% the rest at lower frequency lvl 2 tripod is 30% base.

To buy them of the market and use them, no, it's not worthy, but to craft them in stronghold, yes.

They not worth it for level 3 either. Save it for level 4s in the future.
