Trust status in game
Hello Everyone,
i have a problem with my account.
I can't send mail to players because my account is not trust.
How i unlock the trust status exactly ?
I carried out a buying in a shop Steam and i don't have unlock Trust Status
Is it necessary to buy in shop in game for unlock trust status ?
How that works ?
It's not a new account steam.
Can you help me please ?

Buy a $5 game and then wait 30 days are more before you get Trust status

Maybe for a new user! My account is over 12 years old so I never had to deal with this!

I also have the same problem, 3 days ago I made a purchase of more than $5 and I still do not have the trust status and my account has been created for 7 years

Most people say you have to wait for 30 are more days if you have already done that I don't know maybe Google are Youtube are use Steam Support! I never had to deal wit this so it hard to say what you are doing wrong are not!

Contact Steam support. I had the same problem even though I put 5$ in my wallet. Nothing happened until I contacted Steam support. Even after I purchased crystalline aura, nothing happened. Still not trusted. They took my money through..... Then they told me that they needed to verify my credit card. So they did two small transactions. After that worked, I became trusted. It took 13 days. Amazon games support was useless. And we all see how successful is preventing bots to play the game,

I contacted them last night and here is their response:

I checked your Steam account and I can confirm that I don't see any restrictions that could prevent you from trading in the Steam Community. Your account is not limited, so you don't need to spend extra funds.

However, we do not have access to view your Lost Ark account or any restrictions specific to the trading and market features within the game. You will need to reach out to their support team for the most accurate information.

You can reach Lost Ark support by using the information from the Official Support section here.

If you have any other Steam-related questions, please let us know - we will be happy to assist you.
