I'm not saying you are or are not a cheater, but if you are not, it will probably sort itself out after talking to them,
Keep replying / try to get to phone support (either call them or they call you)
The first 2-3 responses are auto templates
I've chatted with 3 different support people. Issue isn't going to get fixed. I'm just gonna move on and waste my time elsewhere. ♥♥♥♥ Amazon Games. It's just whatever. If I somehow get unbanned at some point I doubt I'll play seriously again.
dont say racist / toxic crap in chat, buy gold, or do something shady, and you wont get banned
1. Submit a data request to Amazon to see some ban reason. The support and appeals will not tell you anything. Mine was "Chardis | Karma Ban", talking with live customer support afterwards, this is a EAC ban because of third-party programs (obv I didn't use them so I'm in the middle of an appeal).
2. Once you have the reason, submit the appeal with some justification. e.g. ask them to review your logs or something and how that will show that the ban was unwarranted.
3. You may have to submit multiple times, and check in with customer support almost daily to see your status. Live customer support seems to be the gatekeeper between you submitting the appeal and the appeal actually getting reviewed by a moderator. If the customer support doesn't let your appeal get through, they'll send some copy-pasted messaged very quick after you submit your appeal (usually within a couple hours). Getting your appeal actually reviewed takes like days. You need to keep resubmitting appeals until it actually gets reviewed.
Hope this helps
I actually did do a data request. My steam account is linked with my wife's amazon account, that has thousands of purchases in past decade.
I have found that appeals seem to get more traction after talking to a native English speaking support agent. Obviously they can't do anything to help the situation, just a theory.
