Banned and Amazon Games offers no explanation after appeal.

I have over 400 hours in game with literally all content completed. Haven spent $80 or so and haven't missed a log-in until tonight. I will never support another AG game again.

This is the only MMO I've gotten invested in in the last 5 years. Honestly depressing af.

Was was banned too, wanted to log in 2 hours ago. I was online in the morning to do the fortress chores done.
Didnt buy gold with real money, i have platin and gold version and enough crystalls to but it. I dont bot. I play mostly alone doing the storys and island, chaos dungeons etc

Also a common case of getting banned if false flags of 3rd party software running in the background, even something as simple as ROG lighting service has been the reason for people getting false flagged and banned by anti cheat systems in pass games

This includes forgetting to close a cheating program being used for a different game or even modding program you use to import mods or make mods

AGS don't ban people for no reason. You either RMT'ed or used illegal software.

Well a few hours ago I re-read the email that informed me of my appeal being declined. Turns out some jackass from Amazon Games didn't even edit the template they use. It still says:

"We reviewed the information provided on appeal and have confirmed the original disciplinary qction was merited in your case. We take instinaces of [INSERT WARNING OR SUSPENSION REASON] seriously as it is harmful to the community and violates the following section of our code of conduct."

Then the entire code of conduct is copied and pasted below that. I mean what kind of lazy person do the have working on night shift deciding the fate of millions of accounts... kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

You're going to have to reply a few more times before the automated copy/paste goes away and a real person appears

I would suggest finding their contact number of support or getting them to call you as this speeds up the process 10,000% when talking to a real person and going through it all

Semi-false. Obviously there is "a reason" the point is that their reasons are automated and false positives, with zero real support besides some (probably bot) confirming "says here you were banned."

People were banned and then unbanned previously. I'm here on the forums and looking for anyone else having the same issue because my friend was banned for no reason.

Just walk away from this dumpster fire of a game. It's pretty disheartening I agree, because this game could've been just a masterpiece. But we have the wrong mentality as combination from the company, the players, the community that just ruin these games. Greed and incompetence run it all, and not just with this game mind you...it's EVERYWHERE, welcome to 2022 and beyond. Sorry you got such a raw deal...

They don’t perma-ban you for buying gold as far as people have said. It’s a 3 day ban and nothing else.

I just got banned and sent my appeal as well. It sucks having spent close to 1000 hours in a game that you've been enjoying only to be slapped in the face like this while THERE ARE BOTS RUNNING AROUND EVERYWHERE.. there is seriously something wrong with their anti cheat program and it's doing more harm than good...

Please post back whenever you get an update, hopefully with more people being falsely banned they'll be able to look more into it instead of sending a cheap templates response to actual players trying to play their game
