Thats probably what they think. Which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ for people who don't play alts currently but would like to in the future and/or when new classes come out.
People really need to start grasping that Smilegate didn't design this game to be player friendly. They put in so many things that are there for no other reason than to frustrate the player base and perhaps to see just how much people will put up with before they move onto a game that actually better respects and rewards their time.
Or the game was made for masochists, but I'm not sure - I didn't see any marketing targeting those.
