Beatrice with Demons on server select screen?
They changed the screen that appears during server select to one with Beatrice, or someone that looks like Beatrice, hovering in front of the demon council.

Is this explained in the story? I don't follow the story so have no clue what's going on. Feel free to include spoilers since I am not intending to follow the story.

That should be Nineveh, not Beatrice.

She is not beatirce but 니나브(nineveh?? spelling is different from kr ver for some reason) and scene is supposed to be depiction of event which will unfold in southern bern.

SPOILER - -

Demons are trying to destroy the world.
Nineveh and his friends are trying to save the world.
The initial image shows the battle.

I'm just happy from the menu screen, to see that Nineveh actually got her wings back. Dunno how yet, but just glad to know its back

Little wings is Nineveh (whisper island)
Big wings is Beatrice (Trixion)

Both are fighting on the side of Good against the side of Evil

They your ride or die buddies in this game

Nineveh is a huge part of the story and someone you bump into on your way through T2-T3 / Whispering Isle (follow the 2nd awakening quest line)

Nineveh is waifu. Must fully rapport her... such a tedious journey to do so though.

the waistline (and probably breastsize too) is way different how can you mistake Nineveh with Beatrice !

also this should not show the current battle of south vern, but a battle during the war of chain. See how Kakul saydon is here ? same with Kadan, both didn't take part in the battle of south vern. (well kadan did a short appearance later but not the clown).

Kakul saydon is the clown on the bottom of the image. Kadan is the silver haired swordman near the middle (think Sephiroth if you ever played FF7)

Is that the clown we had to fight early in the main story who then got absorbed by Karmine but still lived through a small clown puppet?

Frankly, i dont even know who those clown guys are. I guess they belong to the demons, but they are so specific.
