Wanted Greater Honor Stones

Seriously heavy gating once you get to 1380, you get enough of theses daily for maybe 2 rolls on gear if you focus your daily una tasks solely on collecting them. Furthermore, rolls are 170 gold each which is barely enough with full weekly earnings from una max chest and abyss raid.

Finally, there are literally no vendors to buy them from save high ranked PVP vendor and even the events rarely give them. The exclusion of greater honing stones from most events and vendors is surely intentional. Its a very obvious wall to slow progression for anyone who isn't willing to pay money and even the battle pass dosent have them available.

If there is a way to get more aside from the auction house that I am missing please share.

You get 1500 gold per week from the normal mode abyss dungeons. You can also farm the green engraving recipe books from chaos dungeons and sell 20 class + 20 battle engraving recipes per week for 1500-4000g. Then you get una's and it's very easy to max out the una tokens for the week which is 800+ g.

A couple rolls at 170g each is nothing.

Also there's an "Essential Honing Exchange Merchant" that will give you a Great Honor Leapstone for 5 Honor Leapstones.

1. You can't farm books from chaos, the merchant ones are roster limit, not weekly. So you can get them once, not every week.
2. Every green book is below 50g, even if you get 20 of them it is still no more than 1k gold. And blue ones are even cheaper.

There are green books that are worth something. so maybe check your prices again. You can sell them, although they're probably best kept and used. Adrenaline is over 30g, Blessed Aura over 50g. Yesterday you could sell Pinnacle for over 80g, today it's down to 40g.

Even if you discard the books from the discussion, since it's a one-time sale -- you can still make over 2000g a week just playing the game, more if you have alts in T3 to also take through abyssal dungeons. The first T3 dungeon is easy af and give 600g. So do just that one maybe - I'm not your mom, figure it out.

The point is gold is plentiful.

So with your strategy that is essentially a full time job farming chaos dungeons for maybe 3k gold you would get around 5k gold a week which would be appoximately 25 to 30 upgrade chances. Which is essentially 3 to 4 rolls per day. But its not even possible because you cant get the greater honor leapstones unless you cut into your earnings and buy them.

It's not really a full time job -- it's supposed to be fun to play. The first T3 dungeon takes less than 20 minutes and that's 600g. The second one is harder, but similar in time and is 900g. If it's not fun, find something else to do and move on.

My point is there are solutions to get more stones and solutions to get more gold. Complaining in the forums isn't one of those solutions.

Well 2k gold per week you say?
170g per honing attempt. 2 attempts per day -> 340g. 7 days -> 2380. And your gold is gone. But you also need it for:
- buying engravings
- crafting/buying fusion material
- buying accessories, you won't get perfect ones by chance
- crafting legendaries
- some reasearch in stronghold
- upgrading alts
Other stuff like consumables/rapport if you want to progress it faster etc etc.

If you get lucky and don't get a team full of underpowered alts. Depending on luck abyss on one character can take you easly 1h.

So you are suggesting to make this game your job to get enough gold to progress your character at a reasonable rate.

And Amazon does it on purpose (Smilegate too). Take a look how many times you could get gold from rewards? Like never so far, this event is the first one. And most of the rewards are bound. SO yeah, they gave us additional mats, so we feel forced to buy crystals for gold because there is not enough of it with nerfs to gold in T1 and T2.

They could just add more gold to the end content like raids where it is harder to bot. Only reason they keep it low is to make people swipe more.

Just keep on doing alakkir, hypnos eyes, and kalthertz on main and eventually you'll hit 1400. Use max protections on upgrades.

you get about 50+ from Argos, Hard AByssal Dungeon by dismantling Blood and Oreha
you get a few everyday from Chaos Dungeon
you get 6-7 from Daily Guardian Raid
you get about 10 from Guild Vendor
get some by Exchanging Honor 5:1 Ratio
you a bunch from Boss Rush as well.

thats enough to get at least 10-12 or so tries per week

im at 1420 and have been getting 5-7 ilvl per week since 1400.

there will come way more if more people catch up.. the events will give them too then, but they wanna push everyone to 1370 and the rest has to chill a bit ^^ do adventure tome, collectables, alts or a different game at all, if u are done with ur dailies.
