Purchase of Gems in game

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, I just bought 1000 gems and paid the 9.99 for it. My account got charged for the 9.99 and I DID NOT GET MY GEMS. I would like to get my gems that I purchased.

I hope Steam reads this.

steam doesnt do crap about this, contact in game support, probably some delay from purchase time on new account or something maybe

or you might have to claim the items. might not be showing up. look at the top left hand corner of your screen and click the 4th icon I think it is from the left.

they go in the product inventory claim them from there
