30 Days of Support
I failed to claim my first month's log in rewards and they disappeared. Contacted live support and was told it's in product inventory and verify files. Did that and nada. Continued to complain via chat, got a zillion apologies, got passed around and escalated. Even got a number. Still zip.

Everyone emailed me, stated we will be in touch, give us 2-3 days. Zero replies. Finally let them call me today. Haha, got apologies and nothing but a promise to call.

I expect nothing for all this but it's fun. More fun then playing.

Why didn't you just take them out of the mail box? Seems more like a you problem.

Because every mmo and live service game in history i have played has a 30 day time limit on stuff getting collected from mailboxes etc. Just collect your stuff if you want it.

There was nothing stating a 30 day limit. Why collect if you do not have to? Too many count downs, your mail disappears after 30 days.

Why Didn't you claim it, Your mailbox isn't supposed to be used as a storage and your given 30 DAYS. You have ample storage space in game to store things. Feels more of on you thing for not pulling them out the second you claimed them from the calendar.

Only thing I tried to use the mailbox for was holding onto the aura of resonance from the day 10 log in in my mailbox till I needed it. However the timer on aura of resonance DOES tick down while in the mailbox and I lost them (greyed out in mail now and cannot claim them). Thats on me for losing them.

You gotta be Kidding. I've got stuff from 2014 in dragon nest and Blade and Soul that is still in letters from all that time ago. I've done the same as you.. lost a bunch of stuff...

Because you know. I intend to use it when we finally catch up on the unreleased classes.

This has left me with a bad experience of this company.
