Wandering Memories

Can anyone give me a little help? I finished almost all Shushire quests... Only one missing which is Wandering Memories, but the exclamation point in the NPC's head doesn't appear for me to do, is it a bug?

Edit: Found the solution !!!
So this was the only info I could find about this online.... You actually have to go and kill and specific mob that drops and item you need, before you can start the Wandering Memories quest !! This video tells you which one, and where :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYKW4hea5P4


I'm having the same issue. I have finished ALL the quests in Sushire, including the prerequisite quests for this one, (I even searched in my "Completed Quests" to be sure, and they are all complete, apart from the final one. Wandering Memories.
I am stood at the NPC right now, and he is offering no quest or interaction at all.
Did you find a fix for this ?

Use the Blood Spirit's Memory sword object from drops around Icewing Heights. Lore says "I have defeated the Bloody Spirit Moun in an isolated corner of the Icewing Heights..."
