Fine Cashew Powder... Say Goodbye To Your Silver!!

Fine cashew powder is one of two ingredients needed to make the cashew cashew smoothie food item in Tortoyk as part of the Adventures Tome.

To get fine cashew powder you need to purchase cashew fruit from the merchant in Mokoko Village then use the fruit to receive either rough or fine cashew powder.

The trouble is that each cashew fruit costs 30,000 silver, and with only a 10% chance to receive fine cashew power you'll end up with stacks of rough cashew powder and very little silver.

I've spent 2.4 million silver and have not received one fine cashew powder but, you will need 2 fine powder along with the rough powder (which i have tons of) in order to complete the list of ingredients and have the cook craft the item.

I'm reading in forums that some players have spent in excess of 4 million silver so far and only have one fine powder.. obviously i'm now reluctant to spend any more of my silver having only 1.6 mil left, is this a bug.. surely this can't be right..??

Nope, that's how RNG works. And that's not even the worst cooking silver sink. Yorn's "buy chests of cheese and boots" cost me a few million silver in RNG.

aaand that is why, after i read how that collectable works..i just walk away and did other contents. maybe i come back in a few month when i have mounds of silver to do that, cause the rng for it is kind of crazy. tortoyk can wait on that one, screw it for now

Theres a few things I just put off since some of the rapport for adventure tomes is gonna take a decent chunk of time as well. Generally you can get 60-70% pretty easily from just collecting the hidden stories, monsters, both dungeons and your standard collection of tome usables for most of the continents. Tortoyk, last real nice thing is at 70% for the bounty since 80% is just a very minor stat bump and 90% is a stronghold thing. Yorn is about the same at 60 or 70% for the bounty and quest. While a rapport item at 80% is nice, theres other good uses of time first and 90% is again another stronghold thingy.

I save some of the rng things for an idle movie, YT or twitch session :P.

Basically songs/emotes, skill point potions should be priority first.

The problem is when some content is blocked behind rng, like Feiton's Bloody Fist drink to get into rooms with mokokos. This game has a lot of things behind rng walls, the best thing is not to hurry and keep going enjoying other things, and coming back later for those other stuffs.
