Yet again I have no idea what are you asking about. Only thing I can think about is locking rapport progression when there is a quest available. You need to do the quest when this happens and you will be able to progress further.

I dont have any rapport quest atm but it's stuck

in the bottom corner of the conversation, where you show emotes..

there is a greyed out option for a new quest, if you click it, it will show you, that you are lacking something to continue, normally has something to do with your level of charisma or courage.

You won't be able to activate the next step until you reach that target

Yes, at the bottom, receive a quest, which I lack 10 more charisma but right up top, there is Archdemon Kazeros... so that is tied up to "receive a quest" as well?

You have to accept the quest to continue and need to have enough points. For example - you can't accept the quest that require 150 Kindness if you have lower stats.

The best way to increase stats is to go to Codex and type the potion you need (for eg - Kindness Potion) on search bar and do daily quest reputation reward/adventure tome hidden stories/area boss etc.,

The extra lines that are not quest or emote/song/gift only give you extra information/lore and few rapport points.

this waht i talking about devs force you to do things you dont wone do i wos thinking too slowly progres raport using emotes and songs but no you need to do quest to progres in future reputation iven i you not out of raport limit per day this what i talkin all time and and all sey it noting it big thing it jsut force you to do contentyou dont wone do whne ther is why give way to progres raport and block it be quest cos ques what to get som quest you need certain virtue and to do it you need do other usles quest it time westing mechanic it ff korean style and haw to speed thos time westing mechnic grind or buy items from shop itin the end it al point the game is P2 progres or p2w
