I can't connect from Cuba since 6:00 PM
Since 12:00 pm local time is impossible for Cuban players to access the game, it show the authentication error 10010
Could you give me an answer because I have been waiting for more than 4 hours, just like the Cuban gamer community that plays LOSTARK

I confirm. I have been playing from Cuba too. I stopped today at 4:00PM and it all was fine, then took an hour break and couldn't connect after that. I have been trying all the fixes and still the same authentication 10010 error. Any solution?

i've read in another post that it looks like Amazon blocked a list of countries and I think we are in it. I have a friend here too who cannot connect since that time.
