What contributes the largest percent on adventure tomes?

Like some give 1%, others give 2%. What gives the most to farm some earlier rewards?

Best will be food+hidden stories+monsters+vistas. Food might get harder to come by depending on region (due to specific ways of getting it) and hidden stories can have a lot of running back and forward (+ you basically need a map guide for them), so in the end, monsters and vistas.

Monsters are fairly easy, just kill something with crown icon over it and it's done for this kind of enemy. Vista are usually easy to find, they are hidden rather rarely.

Vistas / hidden stories / some food / both dungeon difficulties / boss / elite mobs...are all somewhat 'fast'(mmm....) and easy to complete

Second this with the force of a hyper-nova. The level of '♥♥♥♥ you player' involved in some of the hidden stories is... eight fake collectibles on one stage of a three stage quest, scattered across the zone in places with mobs to interrupt you picking them up.
