Missing Items/Royal Crystals after purchasing skin with 50/50 Product Inventory.

Was in the Lost Ark shop, decided to buy the Destruction Skin for my Sorcerer. Didn't realize that my inventory was full after claiming my Prime Gaming rewards. It charged me the 2400 crystals for the skin, gave me a message that my inventory was full...and then nothing. I cleared some room in my inventory and it's now been over an hour and still nothing. I checked all my inventories including my pet inventory just to see if it was sent there instead. It's nowhere to be found.

Has anyone had this issue before? Which customer support should I use to try to resolve it? Amazon or Steam? Sure would be nice if there was an in game support ticket submission system...
